Charlotte Russell Cox

Charlotte Russell Cox (Ed.D., North Carolina State University) graduated with a B.S. in Education/Political Sci­ence from the Uni­ver­sity of North Car­olina at Greens­boro, a M.S. in Instruc­tional Tech­nol­ogy from North Car­olina A&T State Uni­ver­sity, and an E-Learn­ing grad­u­ate cer­tifi­cate from North Car­olina State Uni­ver­sity.  She has extensive experience in higher education as an Instructional Technology Specialist, an adjunct Professor at Campbell University, and an Instructional Designer at North Carolina Central University. Her research interest has a focus on MOOCs, communities of practice, and adult learning theory.
